As soon as we receive your order with your custom design and order quantity we can estimate an accurate quote.
2. Can you accept PNG files for design submission?
Yes PNG file is accepted. However, it is best to submit an original editable file to have a clear view of your design. Also, if design enhancements or revision is needed we have the access to do so.
3. Could you make my custom brass valve tags in any shape?
Our brass name tags’ shapes can be changed. Let us know what shape you require, please. If it can be molded into any shape, our product specialist can then make that determination.
4. How do you imprint my design?
Depending on the style you have chosen, we use different techniques including, laser engraving, stamping, UV printing, and laser cutting.
5. Can my products ship overnight?
We only accept made-to-order items which means that we do not have stock items of brass name tags or other kinds of name tags. Overnight shipment is not possible.
