1. Can we use the same metal card template as your other customers?
We encourage our customers to have their own designs. We don’t allow other customers to copy other designs. If you don’t have artwork available, you can ask our designer’s assistance to create your metal card with your design ideas.
2. Do you have premade designs available?
We do not have premade items or templates for any of our products. All metal credit cards are custom-made to order with your original logo, text, and artwork.
3. What designs do you suggest for metal credit cards?
Design possibilities are endless! You are free to use your own artwork with your brand name or original logo.
4. How heavy are these cards?
Depending on the type of card you require, metal credit cards can weigh 12 grams or heavier.
5. Do these cards need maintenance?
Although we have put anti-scratch and fingerprint plating, sometimes these cards may get dirty but still it’s easy to clean. With a wipe of a soft cloth that is slightly damp, these cards will look flawless.
